PUNCTUALITY POLICY

Please ensure that you arrive in good time. Athletes will be unable to join any training sessions without a wrist band.

We monitor attendance closely and contact parents to inform them and offer support where attendance has dropped and causes concern.

Athletes will be expected to achieve 100% attendance, but when absence is unavoidable, parents will be required to inform us via email at the earliest opportunity.

Lateness

  • It is a parent’s responsibility to ensure their children arrive to training on time. Lateness can disrupt the learning of other athletes and can result in a athlete feeling greater stress and achieving poorer outcomes.
  • All time lateness affects both learning and achievement for athletes. Please make sure your child arrives at training on time.

 If athletes arrive after registration has closed (Wednesday 5:30pm, Friday 4:30pm or Sunday 1:30pm) the absence will be recorded as unauthorised for that session.

Absence reporting procedures

 If your child is absent from training due to illness, please send an email and inform us ideally before 11:30am.
