Introducing young athletes to learn correct technical principles of sprinting, throwing, and jumping.

This group is ONLY OPEN to those aged 9 and over and runs every week, over the course of three days.

The winter season country season runs from October to March during which time we compete in cross country and indoor competitions.

The summer season runs in the summer season, during which time we compete in open league and championship competitions.

Focusing on basics of movement through a series of running, jumping and throwing, and skills-based activities. While developing confidence.

All of our coaching, assistant and volunteer staff are trained professional with a deep passion for education and athletics. 

Athletes will have the option to train up to 3 times a week. Each session is 1.5 hours.

We impart the necessary skills through a combination of coordination and running drills to enhance and increase cognitive performance and jumping and throwing.

We offer our athletes the opportunity to compete in competitions all year round, from winter indoor track and field competitions, to summer track and field competitions.

We aim to inspire as many children and as possible, to believe, pursue, achieve a dream and never give up.
